HOOD AND WELD WHEELS NOT INCLUDED. Stock black hood included, matching pony wheels for rear.
I purchased the car in 1994. If it had been driven in the winter at that time, you could not tell. It had no rust then and I have never driven the car in the snow myself. I bought it with 97,000 mi. and it has 103,000 on it now. The motor is trashed. It had a tick, I pulled the head off and it sat outside for 2 years like that. The paint is faded. The seats are out of a 1990 (lower head rest). The front are in good shape, the back is fair. The car needs a long block. ($300.00 all day). The trans is a C 6 and has a shift kit. It shifted well and had no problems. The front K member/ rack / struts / calipers / springs etc. have about 500 miles on them. I bought a complete stock k member with all the parts years ago and put it on. The tires are very nice and like new. It has a mac H pipe. The tail pipes / mufflers are stock replacement from ford. To get the car down the road, it needs a long block. I do not have the time to swap this right now. The convertible top works but needs to be replaced. It dry rotted. Has glass rear window. The interior needs a center consol as I “borrowed” it for another project. Everything else it there, including the boot for the top. Body wise, it needs a deck lid and some cowl work. The hood flew open.
The best part of this car is how solid it is. I would be disappointed to see this car driven all year and destroyed. It can be a fantastic car for someone who has time. If it ran, it would bring up to $3,000. Add fresh paint, a top and misc. cleaning…$8,000 all day.
If this does not sell, I’d rather keep it. Bring $1,800.00 and get it out of here. It will see e bay soon.
